We are proud to be part of the Built4People (B4P) community, a European partnership under Horizon Europe, alongside other European projects working to advance digitalisation, data-driven decision-making, and smarter building management.

The partnership aims to catalyse the transition towards a people-centric, climate-neutral, sustainable and smart built environment.

As a Built4People project, DTERBIM contributes to this vision by bringing openBIM, Digital Twins and AI-powered services to the heart of energy-efficient and circular renovation.

Our goal is to make data-driven, whole-lifecycle building management more practical and accessible, connecting tools and stakeholders through an open and interoperable methodology validated in real pilots across Spain, Poland and Greece.

Through this work, we are contributing to a growing European ecosystem developing practical digital solutions for a more sustainable and smarter built environment.
